### InvisiGard™

- Type: Photocatalytic surface coating
- Water-based film with about 2% titanium dioxide. Natural or indoor light generates hydroxyl radicals that oxidise organic matter and suppress microbial growth.
- Duration: Typically 6 months per application; up to 12 months in suitable conditions.
- Standards: ISO 27447
- Specify when: hygiene between cleans matters; healthcare, education, transport, washrooms; desire to cut chemical cleaning cycles; ESG / residual protection brief
- Not for: permanently dark, unlit voids with no artificial light; situations needing only slip resistance (use Griphene™); soiling as the only problem (use Washless™)

### Griphene™

- Type: Graphene-enhanced grip and protection nanocoating
- Graphene platelets in a clear coating raise micro-scale friction and shield the substrate without a visible grit film.
- Duration: Specified to the traffic and substrate; treated as a durable wear layer, not a daily chemical.
- Specify when: slips on mineral walking surfaces; stone, concrete, marble, ceramic, terrazzo; architecture that would refuse a yellow anti-slip strip; wear on mineral treads and floors
- Not for: timber, metal, vinyl, glass, paint or composite — mineral substrates only; surfaces where soiling is the cost (use Washless™); airborne hygiene as the primary brief (use InvisiGard™)

### Washless™

- Type: Self-cleaning ultra-low adhesion surface technology
- Self-cleaning by ultra-low adhesion: lowers the physical bond between contaminants and the substrate so dust, soot, pollen and biological film struggle to key in. Rain and a light rinse carry the rest away. Not photocatalytic — that is InvisiGard™.
- Duration: Whole-life maintenance reduction; interval between cleans lengthens.
- Specify when: any surface that soils too easily; glass, metal, mineral, paint, composite; façades, vehicles, wet rooms, worktops, solar; staining as a maintenance cost
- Not for: photocatalytic / ISO 27447 claims — that is InvisiGard™; high-grip walking surfaces as the primary need (use Griphene™)
