Rain-damp public staircase with a discreet graphite grip texture on the treads
Griphene™

Grip without compromise

Every step matters. Appearance does not have to.

A graphene-enhanced nanocoating that raises surface grip and protects mineral-based substrates only — stone, concrete, marble, ceramic — without a visible film.

Griphene™

How it works

Griphene™

Every step matters. Griphene™ is a graphene-enhanced nanocoating for mineral-based walking surfaces only — stone, concrete, marble, ceramic — where a painted anti-slip would ruin the architecture.

Nanotechnology, not grit paint

Graphene platelets sit in a clear coating, raising the coefficient of friction at the micro-scale. The surface looks like the surface you specified. It does not look like a workshop floor.

Grip and protection together

The same film that bites underfoot also shields the substrate from wear, moisture and soiling. Safety and conservation are not a trade-off.

Discreet in public

Heritage stone stairs, marble gallery floors, ceramic wet rooms, concrete concourses. If the architect would refuse a yellow strip, this is the conversation to have instead.

What it changes on the ground.

Safer underfoot

Higher grip on stone, concrete, marble, ceramic and any mineral based substrate — wet or dry — without a visible aggregate.

The look is preserved

No ambering film, no industrial texture. Specified for buildings that are photographed, listed, or simply well designed.

Wear is slowed

The coating takes the traffic so the substrate does not. Useful on limestone, terrazzo, marble, ceramic and concrete treads.

Part of a system

Pairs with InvisiGard™ where hygiene is the brief, and with Washless™ where soiling is the cost driver. One contractor, one regime.

  • Concrete and terrazzo floors
  • Marble receptions and galleries
