Who is responsible

What we collect
From the contact form, only what you type:
- Name, organisation, email address and telephone number
- Which technologies you marked as of interest
- The specification brief
- That you agreed to this notice
The specification desk receives the surface description you type so it can suggest InvisiGard™, Griphene™ or Washless™. We do not ask it for extra personal data.
Why we use it
To reply to a specification or sales enquiry, match a coating, and keep a record of the brief we were asked to quote. We do not use website enquiries for marketing lists, and we do not sell personal data.
Legal bases under UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interests in answering B2B enquiries and running a British manufacturing business (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who sees it
The Wilmslow team. The contact form is delivered to sales@orionecosolutions.co.uk by an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. Specification-desk messages are processed by xAI to generate a first-pass product match; that processing may take place in the United States. We do not put the brief on a public page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to specify, quote and, if you proceed, support the job — and then for a reasonable period to deal with follow-up or complaints. We then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to legitimate-interests processing, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Write to us at sales@orionecosolutions.co.uk first — we will deal with it.
